As a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania, I work with children, teens, and adults who are looking for support, understanding, and a path toward feeling better. I have experience helping clients manage ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and I understand how overwhelming these challenges can feel—especially when you’re trying to handle them on your own.

In our work together, you can expect a welcoming, down‑to‑earth space where you don’t have to pretend or hold anything back. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and we’ll move forward step by step.
